Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, health, or safety reasons.

Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
